1) What Is P4C? How Much Do We Have To Pay To Advertise On Your Site? Pay4Clicks is a service by Rediff to advertise your products / services at a very low cost. We do not charge you for the Impressions (displaying the advertisements) on our site. We only charge you for the Clicks that you get for your banner ads. We charge you Rs.15 for every click that your banner receives. 2) How Do I Purchase A Pre-paid Pin? Currently, we have not yet started selling pre-paid pins in the offline market. As soon as we start this activity, we will inform you through an email, and let you know where you can purchase the same. 3) What Is A Reseller Plan? To know more about the Reseller Plan, please visit: http://pay4clicks.rediff.com/reseller/scripts/be_reseller.phtml 4) Is there a Special Rate For Premium Pages? We charge a standard rate of Rs. 15 per click for banners that appear on all Rediff pages. This includes Premium Pages like Rediff India Home page, Rediff US home page, Rediffmail Inbox page, Rediffmail Sent Mail page. At present we have banner space available on the Rediff India homepage and Rediff US homepage. We are working on creating banner space on the other premium pages. 5) How Much Do I Pay To Display My Banner For One Month? Our charges do not depend on the duration your banners will be served on our site. You can have it displayed for a month or even for a year, provided you have enough balance in your campaign account. The balance is deducted as and when a user clicks on your banner. Kindly note that we charge for the number of clicks your banner gets from users. 6) How Do I Pay For The Pay4Clicks Service? Once you have registered as a Pay4Clicks advertiser, you can proceed to the Campaign Summary section. Here you will find a link to "Pay Now." You then have an option of making an online payment here, or sending Rediff a cheque. 7) On What Page Of The Website Will My Banner Be Displayed? Banners are displayed on the pages that you have selected while creating the banners. Kindly check your Campaign Summary and click on the campaign name to see the pages that you have selected. If you wish, you can change the pages there accordingly. 8) Where Will My Advertisement Be Placed? Once you sign up for the Pay4Clicks program, you will be guided to the "Campaign Creation" section. Here you create your banner, and also select which pages you want your banner to be displayed. We also give you the CTR (Click Through Rate) that banners typically receive on that page. This will help you decide which pages will work best for your particular campaign. 9) How Do I Know My Campaign Is On? When the banner is approved, the status will be set to 'Active'. This means that your banner is running live on the pages specified by you. 10) Does 'In Process' Mean That The Banner Is Not Approved? When a banner is created, the status is automatically set to 'In Process'. This means that your banner is ready and needs to be approved (or otherwise) by our moderator. 11) Why Is My Campaign Not Approved? Possible reasons you're campaign has not been approved include: a. No Banners Found For Your Campaign You have not created any banners for that campaign. Kindly make your chosen type of banners and once done, we will verify the same. Your campaign will be approved in 24 working hours. b. One Banner Not Valid One of your banners is incorrectly formatted. Kindly make the necessary changes and once done, we will verify the same. Your banner will be approved in 24 working hours. c. Other Reasons We may not accept ad text or ads containing or relating to certain products or services, like gambling and adult content sites, or those containing inappropriate language. We reserve the right to exercise editorial discretion, and our decision is final and binding. 12) Why Doesn't My Ad Show Up On A Particular Page? There could be three reasons for this. Firstly, please check to see if you have selected those particular pages at the time you created your campaign. Secondly, please check our website several times and at different times as Pay4Clicks banners are displayed in random rotation, and you may have missed seeing your ad. Thirdly, some of our pages currently do not display Pay4Clicks banners. When these pages start displaying them, you can select the relevant feature using the campaign creation tools. Your banners will then be displayed there. 13) How Do I Increase The Number Of Times My Banner Gets Displayed? The number of impressions your Pay4Clicks banner gets depends, to some extent, on your campaign budget. Campaigns with higher budgets will receive greater impressions for their banners. So increasing your remaining campaign budget will get you greater visibility. Secondly, ensure your banner communication is simple, attractive and effective. This will increase the changes of users clicking on it. The more clicks your banner receives, the more impressions it will get on the website. 14) Why Am I Not Getting Any Response To My Ad? The most common reason for a banner not getting any response is incorrect contact details or information provided on the banner. We suggest you check your banners again, especially the e-mail address/mobile number that you have provided. 15) What Can I Do If I'm Not Happy With The Results Of My Campaign? As a Pay4Clicks subscriber you get free usage of our campaign creation and reporting tools, and the freedom to change your banners whenever you feel your results could be better. You can edit your banners, display your banners on pages that offer you best results. Experiment a little, and you will definitely see some improvement. 16) I Already Have A Banner Code. Can I Paste It There? Currently, we do now allow any HTML banners made by you to be served on our website. 17) What Is The Time Zone That You Have In The Time Targets? The Time zone is Indian Standard Time. Kindly select the time accordingly for your banners. |
